Hospitals are driving value in their communities
Affordable health care is one of the biggest concerns facing families, employers and government, and America’s hospitals are tackling the challenge head on. Through AHA’s The Value Initiative, we are leading the health care field on the issues of affordability and value.
The Value Initiative:
- Frames the issues of value and affordability for hospitals, health system and other stakeholders.
- Provides education, resources and tools for hospitals to advance affordable health care and promote value.
- Gathers data, stories and hospital experiences to develop and support federal policy solutions.
- Builds a platform through which AHA drives a national dialogue with policymakers and other stakeholders to develop solutions that improve affordability.
